Well, the answer is the love for good food! French as well as Indian food is celebrated around the world and boosts millions of lovers.

Now the French are hoping the Indian food hype train and who can blame them? Indian food is renowned for its taste, variety and fragrance. Hence, wanting to know more about the hype for Indian food in France, we connected to the grassroots and spoke to Jalpa Soni, the owner of Shree Ganesha Cuisine, an Indian Cloud Kitchen based in Lyon, France. According to Mrs Soni, “The French are absolutely crazy about Indian food and we are receiving more and more orders every day.”

When asked why Indian food is popular in France, Mrs Soni said, “Indian food is not only tasty but also healthy. This combination of taste and health is simply irresistible.”
